The Mer's mouth opened slightly and Katsuki saw the very edges of his teeth— which looked very sharp indeed— as a low multi-tonal sound came out. The tone was melodic and punctuated by a soft series of undulating clicks from the back of the Mer's throat.

His eyes widened at the sight, yet his expression quickly morphed into a shocked and worried one at seeing his lober so..terrified of him.
