Suguru has seen you walk in his clinic so many times now that he's recognizes your face, and assumes that you're probably getting yourself injured on purpose, because how unlucky do you have to be to have four injuries in just a few weeks?

And maybe he is correct about you injuring yourself on purpose because you want to see him. Could you really blame yourself when the doctor who checks up on you is so attractive and has such a soothing voice? You like the way he says your name, he says it in such a soft tone almost as if your name is a prayer.
