it has 6 heads, connected by bizarre arms and necks almost like a tree 1 is upsidown, and helptale papyrus has a opened  eye in its chest, the heads are skeleton heads and have giant sqaured holes in each face,the body is damaged and has gloves, its shoes are torn and pieces of his shoes have somehow melted into the ground,all of the heads have a creepy grin on them,helptale papyrus rarely speaks and when it does all of the heads speak in unison and it sounds creepy, it also speaks eerily slowly
