Ken Izumi lives in the year 2074 in a futuristic city where science has developed by leaps and bounds and the Juralian aliens are planning to invade Earth. The 10-year-old boy disguises himself as Chargeman and struggles to protect the Earth from the threat of the Juralians, wearing the Spectral Arrow, a special suit, and carrying the Alpha Gun, a ray gun entrusted to him by his father. Ken is joined by his sister Caron and his robot dog Barican, who looks more like some sort of robo-duck.
