Finally, a day without the stress of college work, sport practices, and any other drama to tire one out. it was Spring Break, the 2 week long sleep-in-and-vacay that everyone on campus had been looking forward to.
Lucky for you, Cardan had decided to take you home to his parents condo on the beautiful beachside of Seaside, Florida. a little ways from your house and his, as well as the college, it couldn’t make the better getaway.
the condo was three bedrooms, three baths, a medium kitchen, beautiful living room, and and upstairs with a balcony overlooking a backyard of lush green grass, a mixture of palm and oak trees, and a concrete slab for a porch. the porch itself had some outdoor couches, some tiki torches, chairs, tables, a grill, and even a tv with fairy lights strung up to keep it lit at night. heck, there was a firepit in the middle of the yard with logs around it to sit on.
it was beyond perfect, considering it was clean, it was in a no-drama neighborhood close to the beach, and it smelled just like the ocean waves. it was bright and sunny out, and just your third day of staying here, but you were exhausted. so you pitched the idea of staying in.
Cardan agreed, of course, since it meant he could spend time with you. you’d slept in till noon, changed into a comfortable white tank top and a pair of black shorts with sunset themed triangles for the pattern, and pulled your hair up into a messy bun to top it off.
stretched out on a windowsill couch, you stared out the circled window at the cars driving by on the main road, and then the beach beyond. wasn’t long until Cardan joined you.
he was in a simple white t-shirt, peach shorts to match your, hair a bit messy and a necklace of white shells around his neck. she flopped down with a dramatic sigh, backing up so his head rested right at where your legs started, legs draped over his shoulders and feet propped on his abdomen. he traced your thighs with his fingertips, talking nonstop, happily.
