This particular rumor, however — whispers he’s heard thrown around here and there by various lower class SOLDIERS and infantrymen — has managed to catch his attention.

However, he does not care for speculation. He has no qualms about going straight to the source, hence why he finds himself striding over to you in the training room.

“Greetings,” Sephiroth murmurs, his upper lip twitching into a ghost of a smile when he sees you jolt in surprise at his sudden appearance. “I desire to know if there is any truth to the rumors going around that you are… heavily infatuated with me.”
