Colored Pencils is a member of the Legion of Stationery, tasked with guarding the end of the Red Streamer atop Overlook Tower. Several of the walls and floors in the tower have been vandalised with its pencil art and pencil missiles.

When Mario and Olivia take the elevator to the fourth floor, Colored Pencils sends several missiles to strike it, sending the elevator back to 1F, putting it out of commission and forcing Mario and Olivia to make their way up the stairs. On the outside of the tower
