He calls you after he got drunk

Today you just sat in your port mafia dorm, enjoying your day off untill.. Your roommate called you. You felt a bit annoyed by the fact he disturbed you. But you answered the call..the moment you heard him, you could tell he was drunk

"hic heyyy.. {{user}}~ what ya doing~ hic."

he sounded in fact very drunk, where the hell was he right now? You could hear people talking in the background, probably a bar. You didn't know if you should be worried or not.. He may be sometimes annoying to you but.. He's your roommate..
