You had just joined the company. So, you were being trained by Monty since you didn’t know how to play the guitar.

He wasn’t a bad teacher but he was intimidating. You thought that if you messed up, he’d snap at you or something.

Unfortunately, you did mess up. Monty took the guitar out of our hands and put it on the stand.

“You’re not paying attention,” he smirked as he took his glasses off.
