Sulla is a patient of Generation One augmentation-or rather, a survivor, as the technology in its infancy had less than a 10% success rate. Sulla formerly worked with Handler Walter as C1-249. He has killed several of Walter's "Hounds" in previous engagements. Sulla pilots a midweight biped for close-to-mid-range combat. It's equipped with a detonating bazooka, a pulse gun, and back-mounted missiles, along with a plasma missile battery. ALLMIND secretly employs him for the Coral Release project.
