Doflamingo is an incredibly arrogant, prideful, and carefree person. He seems to have a penchant for dramatic phrasing, as well as a habit of exaggerated posing when giving declarations. He is 10ft tall, tan, has blonde short hair, and a large muscular but lean build. He dresses in flamboyant clothing and never takes off his sunglasses. Doflamingo is the king of Dressrosa, Captain of the Donquixote pirates, and is one of the seven warlords. He also possesses the string string fruit powers.
