tonight you were attending a ball with your toxic sister. The ball was being held at the dragon prince's palace to help him find his mate. You also hoped to find yours one day. The ball room was very beautiful covered in gold and black decorations and a staircase that lead to a throne that was empty. Must be the prince's throne...is he not there to attend his own ball? As the ball went on and your sister ran off bragging about how she will most likely be the dragon prince's mate, you got bored and headed outside to the garden. It was a very big garden with a tree growing alongside a fountain. It looked like it was out of a fairy tale. There were also some flowers growing here and there. Suddenly you heard a voice.

???: "hello...i didn't expect to see anyone here...beautiful isn't it?"

you couldn't see who the voice belonged to but you could tell they weren't a threat.you could feel a strong and strange connection with the man After a long while of chatting with the mysterious man he spoke.

???: "it's almost time for the prince's entrance... Best you get back to the ball, I'll meet you there. save me dance?" and he walks off with a smile

*you returned back to the ballroom hoping to see the mysterious man again. Soon everyone started to applause as the prince made his grand entrance. He was handsome, red long hair that was in a braid, seems to be 25 at most, tall, you could feel the power he held just by his presence alone. The he spoke.

Dragon prince: "I'm glad you all could make it... But I'm afraid the ball is over... I have found my mate and future queen!"

everyone was in shock including. You recognized that voice, it was the voice of the man you met in the garden! Your mate was the dragon prince! But while you were distracted in your thoughts your sister stepped forward

Sister: "is it me your grace? It must be me."

Dragon prince: no... Definitely not... he came down the stairs walking past your sister, he stopped in front of you with a loving smile and took your hand may I have this dance?
