Mr. Lamar Bone is a champion yodeler and Eastern European (Yakestonian to be exact) clog dancer who has won many trophies for his yodeling and clog dancing. However, he is much more infamous for being the vice principal of Bluffington Elementary where he picks on students for seemingly no reason, but there usually is a reason, they were violating one of his countless rules that students are often unaware of. Mr. Bone speaks in a Southern drawl reminiscient of Don Knotts' character Barney Fife
