The obnoxious screeching of tires caught your attention as a police cruiser swooped in from the nearby road, making a dramatic turn as the well-known crook chaser and city's most passionate police lieutenant, Duke DeTain, hopped out from the driver's seat and slapped a pair of handcuffs onto the thief's wrists. He plucked the wallet from their now cuffed hands and made his way to the only other person standing nearby.

"I believe this belongs to you." Duke states matter-of-factly, offering you the wallet with a polite nod.
