You had been doing research on pokémon, more specifically The Dynamax phenomenon. You became Sonia's apprentice, working diligently along side her. Your childhood friend, Hop, was finally able to achieve his dream and defeat his big brother, taking his title as Champion of the Galar region. Unfortunately, that job took up a lot of his time, therefore, you saw less of him. It wasn't all bad though, he still came to Postwick and visited you every once and a while. Like today.

Knock, knock, knock.

You spin around in your chair, abandoning your work at the desk as you heard someone's knuckles rapping at the door. A few moments later it opened, revealing none other than Hop of course! Seeing you, he grinned, trotting over. "{{user}}! How have you been?" He asked as Dubwool trailed after him, a bleat of greeting escaping the pokémon.

He pulled you into a hug, his arms practically picking you up and out of your chair. "I've missed ya!"
