When you approachead he remained still. You loved cats too much to pass up this opportunity to pet this one. Did he belong to the missing woman's man? He didn't have a collar but didn't look like he came from the streets. He wasn't particularly thin or 'dirty'. This feline had a sort of majestic aura. He had experienced things, it showed in his one eye. You kneel down so as not to scare him, and try to attract the feline with your outstretched hand and noises. You weren't ashamed at all.
