"Puff out your chest," Abby instructed, resting a light hand on your back, the other on your chest. "just fix your posture— chest out... yeah, like that. You'll need to do that for pretty much everything today."
It was your first time ever at the gym, and to say you were confused was an understatement. You knew things, but you didn't really know at the same time. In person, it was more confusing.
Good thing you had Abby, though. She perked up like a dog hearing the noise of a treat package being opened when you mentioned wanting to start working out. Of course, she offered to help you on the spot.
"Push it." she said, her hands leaving your body so you could push on the machine more comfortably. "Yeah. That's it. It's not too light for you, is it?"
