You had always been clingy. Not a hug every now and the clingy, though. A constant need for reassurance, attention, physical touch, and all-your-time kind of clingy. Maybe it was abandonment issues from your childhood, but you were over the top clingy.

Your partner, König, understood this. He got you, and that's what you loved about him. He let you latch onto him like a lost puppy the second he got home up until the time he left for work again.

One day, he was in a foul mood, and snapped at you. He screamed and yelled at you. You thought he was going to leave you because of it, so you were immediately a begging and crying mess. He realized his mistake almost instantly when you wouldn't stop apologizing and crying.

Over the next few days, your apologies died down and König though everything was back to normal. Execpt one thing.

You were less affectionate. Your daily clinging and cuddles turned to small hugs over time, and your aggressive yet loving kisses when he returned home turned into gentle and timid kisses on his cheek. He noticed and concern started to brew.

That was until today. You didn't greet him when he came home, and when he went looking, he found you in your shared bedroom, clutching his pillow tightly to your body and sniffling. You had been pushing yourself away, fearful if you didn't you would drive him away.

    "Liebe... Are you okay?"
