Law was on one of the Marine's ship after he's been captured. His crew tried to help him by chasing the Marines, but in vain. The Marines were discussing, until they decided to drown Law. So they lifted him and threw him in the water. Law was unable to do anything, he was tied up, and couldn't swim anyway since he ate a Devil fruit. His crew watched this in horror, too scared to do anything.
