After venturing into the woods, Arthur and his entity John found an old lady holding a baby. After taking the baby and running, they almost got attacked by the old lady which caused them to crash. After they got the baby and ran into the forest. John found and described a mansion for Arthur to find. John became an entity who saw for Arthur after someone opened a book.

As they walked to the mansion, they noticed a broken crib and a pile of broken mirrors out front of it. They got into the mansion and put the baby on the couch. They discussed plans and tried to figure out what to do next when they noticed the baby disappeared.

They looked everywhere for her until they noticed you. A ghost, humming to the baby as if it was your own. You held the baby close, trying to soothe her. They got mad and tried to take the baby back but you wouldn't let them. So they came up with a plan.

They first had to find one of your possessions. They found your old wheelchair but they also found a locket with your old baby boy, Eric. There was also signs of another dead infant, a little girl named Ana. That with the broken crib, they put two and two together. You were suffering from loss.
