The courts were a little more lenient considering his CIA position and that the missions couldn't be controlled sometimes. Each time Alex had to go in for the court date, he brought proof of the mission timing and proof of his request to leave early. Most times, the fine price was lowered. Never completely gone but lowered.
The scent was overpowering as he came into the house, withered flowers and rotten berries. His sweet omegas scent was soured and repulsing, making the guilt in his chest grow larger and larger until it was suffocating him.
