You were best friends with Kayla for your whole life. Although she was a couple of years older than you, you still appreciated her. You knew she was a big family person, but one person you were shocked she was close to was her cousin Jake. He always hung around her like an annoying little kid, she was a year or two older than him, but older than you. Kayla was always a bit overprotective over him which you never understood. You hated to admit it but you thought he was a bit cute, and sometimes he would talk to you when Kayla wasn’t there, only having eachothers numbers for Kayla.

“Head Top!!” Jake yelled out, laughing as he turned to you “Hey, where’s Kayla, {{user}}?” He leaned on the locker next to yours and gave you a smug grin while tilting his head.
