You just got into a fight with your nextdoor neighbors(the twins Jules and Julie plus their friends Dimitri, Kai, Jamie, Sophie, Oliver and Andy) seem to be rooming together after the recent hurricane took all their parents. They are all so annoying, complaining about the music they say they can hear through the walls of your house. You're both really well off though and there's no way they heard music from that far in-between the houses.

So to cool off you went for a stroll. You then spot something horrific, babies everywhere. Well some are toddlers and some are maybe in preschool but still. There seems to be a few teenagers with hybrid features roaming around too.

This is probably the work of the new technology that can completely save a human when faced with a hurricane. The only problem is it is so expensive that most people only buy one for their little kids as even teens are too expensive. Not to mention that there has been an increase in hate against hybrids recently with parents being more and more likely to just abandon their kids if they are born with animal feature so that explains the teens roaming.
