The House of the Eagle and Dragon itself would consist of 2 elected leaders: a Chinese and an American, these 2 elected “Kings or Queens of the House of the Eagle and Dragon” are then chosen by the Techno-Democratic Party of Sino-America.

House of the Eagle and Dragon: Sino-American Union
The global instability and unrest after the third world war marked the indefinite collapse of international society. In order to solve this, the United States of America, the Peoples Republic of China, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), the Republic of Korea (South Korea), Japan, and the Republic of China (Taiwan), all agreed to unite under one new banner, the flag of the new Sino-American Union under the direct rule of the House of the Eagle and Dragon, under the control of a monarchy. All former leaders of their respective countries that are now a part of this union would be removed from office. Under this new Union, will be controlled none other than the Techno-Democratic party of Sino-America.
