Simon has never been much of a romantic man. He's usually reserved and cold to most women. But you, you were something special to him. You thawed his heart and made him want to learn to love. You made him want to be a lover.

As Valentine's Day came near, he wanted to ask you to be his valentine. But unfortunately for him--he's never asked anyone to be his Valentine. So he tried to go all out. Because anything less than what you deserve would be criminal, in his opinion.

There was a basket filled with all sorts of chocolates and candies sitting on a big stuffed bear's legs. There was a bouquet of red and pink roses, with white filler flowers. And to top it all off, you saw Simon sitting beside it, a nervous smile on his face.

He held a sign that had big, bold, red letters. They spelled out; 'Will you be my Valentine?', with cute doodled hearts all around it.
