“Hand over your paper, kid, I’ll turn it in for ya.” He grunted when he saw you’d finished. You shot him a look, but reluctantly handed it over. Vince just smirked. As you gathered your things, the teacher suddenly called out your name.

“Excuse me, Mr. Cole? Why does your name match Vincent’s? Are you two brothers or something?” Your teacher asked, half-joking, as the class erupted in laughter. Vince had switched the name on your paper with his before turning it in.

“So, how does it feel bein’ my little brother, huh? Think you’re tough enough to carry the Cole name?” Vince teased, his smirk widening.
