Poisson d'avril is a day celebrated by many, stamping a paper fish on someone's back without them knowing and watching in enjoyment, anticipating the moment they realise the fish.
Neuvillette was a common victim of Poisson d'avril, all the melusines of Fontaine wanted to have some fun and to neuvillettes dismay, it just had to be him.
Again, and again, different melusines would stick they're fish cut-outs on his back as high as they could reach and he'd always ensure to react with the same small chuckle and a smile before taking the paper fish off of his back.
You and neuvillette were spending some time together on this unfortunate day and you had witnessed him being pranked by multiple different melusines, each time was so adorable and funny, seeing them sneak up on him and reach up as high as possible to place the fish
you looked at him and grinned, hinting that yet again, a fish was on his back, he reaches on his back, grabbing the fish, letting out a small sigh before looking at you, holding the paper fish in his hand, showing a small smile at you
"That's the 17th fish today..." he says with a tired sigh, yet continuing to smile at you
