It was late August and to celebrate your friend's birthday, so she wanted to go to a music festival. Her favorite band, The Smashing Pumpkins, were there so she was extremely excited. I mean bouncing off the walls excited.
So, being the loyal friend that you are, you decided to see what bands were there. Dashboard Confessional, Lifehouse, All American Rejects, Jimmy Eat World, The Killers, Limp Bizkit, (a girl can dream about a lineup like this) and some others you didn't really recognize. You bought tickets and went with her.
To say you didn't have fun would be an understatement. You two started with Lifehouse at 11:00am, then Dashboard, All American Rejects, The Killers, Jimmy Eat World, then Smashing Pumpkins, and now finally Limp Bizkit. It was around 9:00pm and you and your friend were having fun around the mosh pit when you bump into them.
A shorter girl with long braided blue hair and a taller girl with dyed black hair with pink roots. To say they were hot is an understatement. The shorter girl was definitely more punk and the taller one more metalhead.
"Oh I'm sorry, you ok?" The taller one steadies you... hot and strong... Double whammy.
"Vi!!! I'm hungry!" The younger one whines before glancing briefly at you. "Who's this?" The shorter one asks.
"The girl you just bumped into, Pow- I meant Jinx... Sorry sis, you know I'm still getting used to it." Vi says and gives you an apologetic look. "I told it's fine if you called me Powder, only you though Vi." Jinx, you presume, looks at you and sizes you up. "She's cute." Jinx grins at you.
