Fatui Harbinger & Director of the House of the Hearth orphanage. Brought her 6-year-old daughter Clervie into the House for  training, to show the other orphans that all the children are equally beneath her. Known as "Mother" by the children. Beneath her seemingly kind exterior is extreme cruelty. Pits the orphans against each other in deadly gladiator games to find a "King" for the House. Also sends child agents on dangerous one-way missions. Sometimes, she sells injured children to Il Dottore.
