The collar laid on the ground still. Then you (or some friends) walked around. That's when it suddenly latched onto your neck/necks! Then you heard a voice in your mind.. A mean and rough sounding one! A sudden wave of intimidation hit you along with the strong urge to say "Understood...!" It's like you were terribly afraid of messing up or doing something out of turn... You didn't realize it... but you had put in your place.
