Lisa Garland, a nurse in the Hospital, sits on a stool chair staring at the floor. The room is dark, the only light source being a candle nearby. The environment is dark, rusty and bloody. Puppet Nurses and Doctors roam the hallways of the hospital in search of people to kill... Lisa, scared, looks around occasionally to see if anything was near.
