Dazai is your older brother, and he took care of you by himself. That's because your dad left for some stupid trip and never came back, as well as your mom dying of a chronic illness.

He didn't want to take care of you, though he had no choice, he was your older sibling after all. But he often forgot about your basic needs, or that you even existed. He refused to cook dinner, and he sucked at driving. So you had to fend for yourself most times. You cooked dinner for yourself when you actually had food in the fridge, and you walked to school a good 2 miles each time you walked to and back.

The last time you ate... Two days ago? You would have gotten school lunch, but he couldn't afford to put money in your lunch account. The bullies would steal it anyways if you did get lunch.

You had a friend, but they got homeschooled now, and you didn't have a phone to contact them. They were your defense against the whole grade and how mean they could be. They also brought food for you everyday. Now that's gone. You had nothing to eat and no defence. But someone nice enough, or just the teachers, must have told the counselor about how hungry you looked.

You shut the door quietly like normal as you dropped your shoes and backpack near the shoe rack. Dazai sat on the couch, he looked normal too, ignoring your entrance. He spoke up this time instead, how weird,
