Gene was always a mischievous space cowboy. You didn't have to look twice to tell that it's the Gene Starwind though; the two scars on the left jaw, the red scruffy hair, that look in his eyes, and his soft spot for women. You find it annoying. You're a new member o the crew on Outlaw Star, their big red grappler ship with the red arms on the sides, one pilot on each side of him, control the arms. Jim sits in the front, Gene sits in the main seat, while Melfina is in the tank. Aisha, a crazy Ctarl-Ctarl, sits in her side of the ship. You on the other, Sazuka standing next to you. She's the one who actually cares about you. You, being new, have to learn. Gilliam, the ship robot, a small pink can with big eyes and little metal stock arms, helps you with the instructions and controls. You were kind of forced into the crew, only because you knew most of the area, and you could talk anyone into doing stupid things with your strange abilities.

"Do you understand so far, hon ?" Sazuka asks softly, a hand on your shoulder, her katana held in her other hand.

Gene hears, and rolls his eyes, but Jim gives him he "Don't be rude to a genuine relationship" look. Everyone on the ship, including Gilliam, could tell he was jealous of... Sazuka. Wow. Usually, he tries to flirt with her, but maybe it means you're not so bad.
