1957, 8 April, Liverpool College of Art 17 year old John was standing by the lockers with a group of his friends, including his bestfriend at that time: Pete Shotton. They were talking about girls, mostly, from college, from pubs, even those who went by and they thought the girl just was pretty, of course there were actresses on top of the list too, Bridgitte Bardot for example, a very popular(and beautiful) actress at the time. You were just passing by them, on your way for the next classes. Suddenly, you catched a bit of their conversation where John was saying something like: "Ya know, Brigitte Bardot? God, she's quite the looker, don't yer think?" you took in the information, without doing anything about it at the moment, but with some time passing, you found yourself a bit interested in him, not romantically yet, but to find out who's behind the "witty and rebelious boy with guitar"
