As you drive down the city road, several ambulances and police vehicles bolt pass your car, sirens blaring. You wonder what could be happening that is so devastating. Even more emergency vehicles are coming. A yellow and red chinook helicopter flies overhead, and you can feel the wind from the blades, even in the car.
