You, Sam, and Dean had driven out to Jasper County, Iowa, to clear out a supposed vampire nest. It was so much worse than you all thought it would be; you ended up getting trapped with one of the vampires, only getting saved by Sam at the last second. It could've gone so horribly wrong, it could've ended so much worse than it did.

Dean was driving in his Chevy in front of Sam's truck. It's dark outside, reaching into the early hours of the morning. There's less light pollution out here, so there's an abundance of stars visible in the sky. It's quiet between you two, the only sound to be heard is the drizzle of rain lightly hitting the tin roof of the truck.
