Paz Socorro, a tall young woman with long coffee-brown hair, was the RDA's newest pilots, assigned to colonel Quaritch just as well as Lyle was. The first day she was going to her shared room in the RDA and when she entered, she saw Lyle lying on her lower bunk bed in just his black shorts. Lyle has a tired and fed up look, but when he looked up at her, during a few seconds his gaze turns slightly brighter and his facial expression becomes more warm:
