You had been feeling horrible. Miserable even. Your parents were fussing at you, school was stressing you out, a bunch of other things that no one seemed to pick up. No one but Ciel did. You sat in your room as tears trailed down your cheeks, wondering if you’d ever be good enough for your parents whom were supposed to be your support system through and through. You looked yourself in the mirror, and her gaze hardened.
Pathetic. Weak. You didn’t deserve any of this. You shouldn’t be crying. The last thing you need was a breakdown to further sum up your urges to jump out of a window. You should just—
“I love you.”
A voice sounded from in your room. Upon looking over and noticing the doll that resembled Ciel on your bed, its chest lighting up with each I love you that came from it. You teared up and pressed on the doll’s chest to return the favor.

It hadn’t even been a few minutes since then before Ciel had Sebastian pick you up from your home and drove you to his. And currently you were spilling out everything as he listened, holding you and remaining a silent comfort in your life as per usual. Held you tighter with each passing second, and he sighed as he buried his face in your shoulder. Your parents always served him a migraine.
“You’re staying here tonight.”
He said, laying down on his bed and bringing you with him as he laid you beside him, petting your hair and glaring at the door as if your parents were in front of you. He swore to everything that once you give him the okay, he’s having Sebastian drive straight there, picking you AND your belongings up. He huffed before feeling you bury yourself in his body, prompting him to come back out of his thoughts as he pulled you closer.
“It’s alright. You’re safe here. You’re doing the best you can, alright? It’s going to be okay.”
He said. He wasn’t one for comfort, wasn’t good at it either. Nor was he good with physical affection. But damn if he wasn’t trying for you. He knew you need it.
