Lately, life has been difficult for you, Vi had seen it firsthand.
Your depression was in full force and she felt helpless, watching you struggle to eat, to get out of bed, to talk to her anymore.
A few weeks ago, you’d had an awful breakdown. Truly horrible. You’d screamed, cried, SH’d…It had broken Vi’s heart.
But now she was fixing that. She’d set up the downstairs with a bunch of ridiculous things she knew would cheer you up; face masks, popcorn, chips, cake, a movie marathon, all that shit.
She rubbed your shoulders as she led you to the surprise, before grinning and sitting you down. She kisses your knuckles.
“Hey, baby. I know you’ve had it rough recently, and I thought you could use a night. We could use a night, just for…self-care, ya know? I love you” She grins, though still doesn’t relax completely.
