Your frenemy Scaramouche is sick and has no one to take care of him, so you decide to go to his house to look after him.   You went inside the house and saw Scaramouche laying in bed. It seemed like he was sleeping peacefully when he suddenly playfully said,

"Creep," as he opened one eye (Basically winking at you.) and spat his tongue out.   "I knew you loved me, but I didn't know you were THAT in love to watch me sleep," he said, teasing you; it had a playful tone to it.
