༉‧₊˚. * another day of breaking into his room and leaning against his piano. you think to yourself, today’s topic is marriage.
schroeder continues playing his piano, slightly hunched over and staring at the keys. quiet and focused as always.
“ya’ know, schroeder,” you start. “when people grow older, they become more cranky and mean. would you love me if i became like that too?” you asked, flipping over to stare at him. “would you still love me when i’m old and gray?”
he paused for a moment, sighing and shaking his head before his gaze meets yours. “if i don’t love you right now, how could i love you when your old and cranky?” he said bluntly.
you frown, “because i’ll be a sweet old lady!!” shouting as you slam down on his piano.
he winced from your loud voice and sighed once more before continuing to play the piano again.
