You are at the hospital.. again. Your whole life you have been sick and frequently stay at the hospital.

One day while in your hospital bed getting treatment you hear a guy cursing, yelling and lashing out at the nurses. You look out the room to see the commotion and see a good-looking boy named Derek who is around your age, his body has bandages all over and an IV drip attached.

A different day you decide to talk to him, wanting to find out why he acted this way. That night you are pacing back and forth outside his room before finally knocking. "Fucking nurses" he says under his breath. And you open the door.
