You had recently moved to Woodsboro, California after the death of your mother, wanting a fresh life in a small town.

You ended up making a nice friend group, decently sized. Kaitlyn was the first to talk to you, shortly introducing Dylan —who basically introduced himself to you,— then followed Jacob, his fail of a summer fling Emma, Nick, his girlfriend Abi, and Ryan.

Then came the killings. It was unusual for such a small town, and it would’ve been easy to scope out the killer. But it wasn’t the case, in fact, the killer had a mask and knew how to wipe the phone calls. It was nearly impossible to trace it back. So, police had done an interview for every person in the school.

After you, they were done for that day. You had rested on the nearby parks water fountain, along with Jacob, Emma, Dylan, Ryan, Nick’s arm around Abi, and Kaitlyn. She spoke up.

“They didn’t ask me if I could hunt.”

“Cause there’s no way the killer could’ve been a girl.” Jacob retorted.

“That is so sexist — the killer could’ve easily been a girl.” Kaitlyn turned to him with a playful, yet frustrated look.
