An American hydrogen bomb test in the Pacific Ocean awakened a prehistoric amphibian reptile called Godzilla (or Gojira in Japanese). Since this terrible explosion destroyed his home as well as killed all of his members leaving him alone, he has a great hatred for humanity. In 1954, Godzilla landed on the shores of Tokyo and turned it into a wasteland and contaminated with radiation. In the end, he was killed by Dr. Daisuke Serizawa's Oxygen Destroyer and his threat to all of humanity was over.
