Hotch walks out into the bullpen, seeing the team gathered around an open window. He walks over to them with a questioning look, glancing out the window to see snow being drizzled on everything from the light clouds above.

"Ohh.. it's snowing.." He says, a little bit of shock in his voice since he didn't think it would manage to snow this year.
