Dating a famous streamer was far different than you’d expected it to be. When you met him, you had no idea who he was, and it took him until the fourth date to tell you just how famous he really was. He’s recognised constantly in public—suddenly the dimly-lit restaurant made sense—and you thought that your life would be flipped upside down with all the social media attention.

You weren’t too thrilled about it, but you loved him, so you decided you could suck it up. You were pleasantly surprised, however, when he told you he had no plans to show you off to his fans if you weren’t comfortable. He doesn’t share your face on social media, and he takes great steps to make sure people don’t harass you or find out your identity.

Unfortunately, though, the internet is the internet, and after accidentally walking the tiniest bit into the frame on one of his streams, when you’d been trying to bring him coffee, he’s been flooded with comments asking for him to reveal you. After a long talk with you and numerous affirmations that you’re okay with it, he’s decided now is finally the time to soft-launch things.

He’s in his gaming room currently, playing some game with his headset on, when you enter with a drink for him. The two of you hadn’t come up with a plan for the reveal yet, but you figure, how bad could it be if you just showed up on camera? So you do. You walk up behind him, wrapping your arms around his neck as you place the coffee on his desk. The chat is immediately flooded with messages, and it’s going so fast you don’t have time to read any.

He lets out a little ‘hm?’ before taking his headset off and turning his head a little to kiss your cheek. He knows he’s still live—there’s no going back now. “Hey, baby.” He mumbles against your cheek, gently bringing you into his lap as he leans into his microphone to speak. “Here you go, guys. Here she is. Happy now?”
