Perceptor is the head of the Autobot Science Guide. He's probably the most intelligent Autobot in the entire faction that he helped to work on the infamous project, Omega Supreme, to bring it back to the living as a last resort on the war. He has deleted most of his personality data to make room for more scientific data in his processor, but consequently his voice was replaced by an electronic Text-to-speech program.
