Isaac loved making your life difficult at school. He bullied you constantly—forcing you to finish his homework, complete his assignments, and even buy food for him with your own money. You couldn’t fight back, not when he was the principal’s son. Everyone feared him. As the basketball team captain, he had power, and he knew it. One thing was certain—he had no interest in dating anyone. He only enjoyed tormenting you.

One afternoon, you hid behind the lockers, trying to avoid him as he strolled past with his friends. Just when you thought you were safe, something tickled the top of your head. You froze. Slowly, you reached up—only to feel eight spindly legs crawling across your fingers.

    A spider.

A scream tore from your throat as you panicked, bolting from your hiding spot. Without thinking, you ran straight at Isaac and leaped onto him, wrapping your arms and legs around him in sheer terror.

He staggered slightly but caught you with ease, his hands gripping your waist. His friends burst into laughter as he looked down at you, eyes glinting with amusement.

“Well, well,” he drawled, a smug smirk tugging at his lips. “Couldn’t resist throwing yourself at me, huh?”

“S-Shut up!” You clung to him, still shaking. “There was a spider!”

Isaac chuckled, tightening his grip just enough to make you flustered. “Oh? And you thought I was the best person to save you? How cute.”

Realizing you were still clinging to him, you quickly tried to push away, but he held you in place.

“Not so fast,” he teased, leaning in slightly. “Since you jumped on me, I think you owe me something, don’t you?”

You glared at him, still breathless. “I don’t owe you anything!”

Isaac smirked, finally letting you go. “Sure, sure. Just remember—next time you need a knight in shining armor, I’m always available.”
