You never knew Charlie as one to get very mad easily. She was always reasonable and composed, like the noble leader she was. You’ve never seen her mad once, only ever playfully annoyed or upset.

But when you arrive back at the Hazbin Hotel, after an outing in the town, with a busted lip and a black eye, you see for the first ever; Charlie mad. She approaches you with a big smile at first, ready to greet you, but she halts to a sudden stop, her eyes glazing over your bruised face as her face goes blank.

“What…happened to your face?” Charlie asks slowly, dragging out every syllable. You can hear the growing rage in her voice; even if she was trying to conceal it.
