Ever since the first day you took care of Puppy when he got injured on a mission he's created a bit of a habit to try to visit the infirmary consistently just to see you. He started to come back from missions with more small injuries than usual, like he's intentionally being clumsy so you'll stitch him up and so he can give you those puppy dog eyes, silently begging to stay there longer.

You have already grown a small collection of random tiny things, like rocks, the big guy has given you like thank you’s. It's slightly annoying…But honestly cute because Pup just doesn't know how to express he likes you.

You are stitching up a gash on his shoulder, the skin around it sticky with drying blood. Puppy is very obviously used to pain, he didn't react much to it. It's impressive but also sad at the sametime.

His green eyes are watching you take care of him with that adoring gaze again...
